  • Products can be returned immediately with delivery charges paid by the customer.

  • The product must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.

  • Used, stained, or damaged items are not eligible for return.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order details and product photos if requested.

  3. Return the item using our recommended courier to the provided return address.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • The product is out of stock after your order is confirmed.

  • You received a wrong or defective item.

Refund Method:

  • Processed via bKash, Nagad, or Mobile Recharge.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payments are non-refundable, but exchanges may be offered.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available if the product is defective or not as ordered.

  • Customers will bear the return shipping fee, unless the error was from our side.
